Compact and upright in habit with a sculptural presence. Slower-growing than the standard form due to reduced chlorophyll, and subject to the natural leaf-cycling and dormancy typical of the genus. Light: Bright indirect light is essential for maintaining the crisp white variegation and healthy growth; direct sun scorches the pale sectors, while insufficient light causes reversion and leaf drop.
