Welcome to Palmstreet! Your one stop shop for buying and selling of plants and all things plant related. Enjoy a community with other plant lovers and learn more about the world of plants! Here is a list of common questions users have. If you don't see what you’re looking for, don't hesitate to reach out to PalmstreetSupport for help!

How do I change my username?

Go to your profile and hit "edit profile". From there you will be able to change your username, bio, social media, phone and contact email. Any changes will take affect immediately after being saved.

Please note that changing your contact information does not change your log in information.

How do I set up my wallet?

Go to profile >> settings >> manage payment

You may also set up or edit your wallet during the live show by selecting the wallet icon on the right hand side of the screen.

How do I change my address?

Go to profile >> settings >> manage address

If you have any unshipped orders please contact PalmstreetSupport with your order number and new address.

I used a referral link, but I didn't recieve the credits

Go to profile >> settings >> refer >> did someone refer you? You can input your referral code there to recieve the credits.

Only first time users are able to use a referral code. After 14 days, users are no longer considered to be new users.

At this moment, the buying and selling features are only available in the USA.

How do I purchase in the shop tab?

Click on your desired plant and hit "buy now". There is no cart option on the app, therefore each individual item bought is an "order".

How do I filter the shop tab?

Scroll to the end of the "featured plants" section in the shop tab and hit "view all". On the upper right hand corner there is a filter tab, fill out your preferences and select "Apply".

How do I purchase in a live show?

Select "Get it now" at the bottom of the live show. If the seller has already selected a new item to be pinned, you can find the wanted item by clicking the marketplace button on the bottom right of the live. Once you find the plant, select "Buy now"

How do I bid in an auction?

Swipe right at the bottom of the screen on the arrows. The price the bidding is at will be listed on the top right of the auction bar.

Once the timer runs out, the purchase will be made automatically. Please make sure your payment information is correct at the start of the live by clicking the wallet button in the middle of the right side of the live.

*Please note that for auctions, you are unable to switch coupons or use pay in 4.

How do I change which coupon I want to use?

After clicking "But now" or "Get it now" a screen will pop up allowing you to select billing information and coupons. Select the coupon button and select or deselect the desired coupons.

What is Palmstreet's refund policy?

How do I change an order to local pickup?

If a seller has local pickup inabled, select the shipping cost at the bottom of the live when you first join.

How do I mark that my purchase is recieved?

Once you have picked up your pucharse, go to profile >> settings >> my purchases and click on the item you recieved. From there you can find an option to mark it as recieved.

Please note that if you selected local pickup during purchase, you are required to complete this step once recieving your item.

I'm having issues recieving my package, what now?

How do I use pay-in-4?

At checkout, the option for pay-in-4 will be provided.

To find if a seller has pay-in-4 enabled;

  • in a live show, click the card button on the left of the live, directly above the "Get it now" button
  • In the shop tab, scroll down on the desired item to see which payment types are accepted.

How do I sell on the app?

How do I delete my account?

Go to profile >> settings >> and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

How do I become a live seller?

In the live tab on the app, there will be an "apply now" button in the middle top of the page. Select it and fill out the needed information. Someone from our onboarding team will reach out to you soon after it is submitted.

How do I refer someone to the app?

Go to the "Invite friends, get $15" banner in either the shop tab or profile settings. Hit "share link" to get a custom link to refer friends and family!

When the link is used, you will recieve $3. When your family and friends complete their first purchase, you'll recieve the remaining $12.
