I was disappointed to receive this anthurium in a condition that did not match the listing photos. No damage was disclosed prior to purchase, which was especially surprising because my previous order from this seller arrived in great condition & was securely packed. I reached out to the seller to make them aware of the issue but after 4 days, no response. I wasn't expecting a full refund, but I did expect some sort of an effort to make things right.

This was my first purchase with this seller and I am blown away with this beautiful Anthurium! My plant arrived promptly and well packed for her trip…she arrived looking gorgeous! Thank you!! I’ll definitely be back!
