I had a couple of melted leaves on my Bambino. The paper packaging was soaked. Lots of healthy leaves still, though. I’m assuming it’s a tricky time to ship. Temps are fluctuating a lot in Minnesota, so there was a heat pack included. This probably contributed to the leaves melting, but without it, the plant might have froze, so not sure what the right answer is. My Loco also had a torn leaf. Bummer. Overall happy!
