I had an amazing experience. I won an Alocasia pink balloon heart on auction and they shipped it out SO carefully and quick! The packaging was immaculate and I was expecting her to be droopy from the travel especially being an Alocasia. But she looked just as pictured and totally unharmed. They checking in to ask how delivery went. Very communicative and great to work with, will buy from again!
