Beautiful plants that were fairly priced and carefully wrapped along with wonderful customer service, would buy more!

My Halo Micans came in looking amazing! The seller was extremely kind in their communications and worked with me to resolve a miscommunication. I’m really excited to watch this plant baby grow :)

Seller kept delaying shipping, saying I needed to pay more for heating materials. Then when I became tired of delays and being nickel-and-dimed, asking for a refund, she sent back about 17 dollars on an order totaling over 40. I had to file a report. Unreasonable, rigid customer service, in my opinion, although others might disagree. Happy I got a coupon from Palm Street and we can all move on with life now.
