Truly disappointing because this was a beautiful little cactus. Seller agreed to hold until after the holidays. When seller said they needed to send it I said I would need a heat pack. If they had messaged me before putting it in the mail I could have purchased the heat pack. Sent during severe low temp warnings here in OH. Also sent in very flimsy and very small packaging without insulation of any sort. No plant should be sent in plastic as well. This babe had no chance and came to me as mush.
