Using a heat pack when temperatures are above freezing can actually damage the plant, so we determine the safest packing method based on conditions.
One WSA covers up to 2 plants.
WSA does not guarantee a refund for cold damage; eligible orders will receive a replacement (of the plant, not the pot, if delivered potted) or store credit depending on availability. Refer to Store Guidelines for terms and conditions.
