I have to say that I received the wrong item initially and it died in transit. But after reaching out Ashely not only apologized but was determined to make it right. She found the plant i was supposed to receive and sent it quickly. Ive been in customer service for over 20 years and THIS IS IT. she didn't question me she just made it right. I see why they have amazing reviews and loyal customers. TYMS 🥰🥰🥰💕
