I tried contacting the seller before the TCs shipped but never received a response. The plants arrived in good condition, so that is not my concern. My issue is that the TCs appeared to be mislabeled or out of order during the auction. I believed I was bidding on the plant shown on screen, but received a different TC due to the numbering confusion. I attempted to cancel once I realized the mistake, but the seller never responded to my messages.

Excellent quality on these tissue cultures! Everything arrived safely, beautifully packaged, and clearly labeled. The plantlets look incredibly healthy with great variegation and solid root systems. Excited to acclimate these and will definitely buy from this seller again.
