I tried contacting the seller before the TCs shipped but never received a response. The plants arrived in good condition, so that is not my concern. My issue is that the TCs appeared to be mislabeled or out of order during the auction. I believed I was bidding on the plant shown on screen, but received a different TC due to the numbering confusion. I attempted to cancel once I realized the mistake, but the seller never responded to my messages.
