I have ordered 3 times from them already! Unfortunately my 2nd order was absolutely destroyed by the sub zero temps and ups. Taz has been amazingly understanding and supportive and helped every step of the way to make it right. She credited and is sending me new plants with 2 day air! She truly values the customer! Love this shop, and excited for my next plants to arrive
