There was a delay in shipping. Seller reached out to share why & if I wanted to still receive the node. I confirmed I did. When the item arrived the moss was bone dry, node was hard and lifeless. Reached out to the seller that day with no response, no response after reaching out an additional time. Even after getting PS involved they still didn’t respond. Hopefully seller is okay, not responding to customers & sending dead product is not an acceptable way to do business.
