well, i absolutely love the items that i ordered. very impressed by the quality. took forever to ship & arrive- that would be my only complaint. ordered 2/14, arrived 3/12.

I haven’t dared to try the substrate yet but the self watering cups are wonderful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible communication, terrible packaging with damaged products, overall a horrible experience. I had to repeatedly ask for an ETA on shipping because I was either ignored or the date I was given would pass and nothing. I asked palmstreet "customer service" for help but only made any headway when I disputed the charge with the bank. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Don't waste your time and save yourself the headache.
