Well packed, healthy plants. On time.

The plant came as described. Dried out a bit in shipping. Communication was not there. To rate communication: 1/5 comprehension 2/5 reply speed 1/5 .. or honestly ignored due to them not wanting to cancel the order during the live stream. I had gotten last bidder due to their livestream lagging, and was notified of it way after I left their livestream, even though someone had bid after me. I understand, I don’t need a refund, that isn’t the issue, the issue is they promised to look into it- 🤥
