Items came tossed around, plants came out of their domes/cup cracked and some stress to plants. Exterior box had a puncture hole in it so carrier tossed box around. Sent seller the condition with a few pictures as I also took an unboxing video in case the seller needs proof of damage for insurance claim. Seller replied back same day. Refunded me for the plant that took brunt of the damage. Seller shipped quick & provided timely updates. shipping damages are out of sellers control. thank you :)
