Shop guidelines
Last updated Sep 26, 2026
This is a growing shop and all guidelines are subject to change as we grow our roots. š± š¦: USPS Priority Shipping or UPS is from Southwest Florida and typically goes out on the following Monday/Tuesday. 1. Shipping is based off location. Additional items are only $1 and combined until your shipping label is created. 3. Hawaiāi, Alaska and Puerto Rico, large boxes or heavy boxes may require upgrade. 5. We do not take responsibility for delayed, damaged or lost shipments. Once it leaves our hands itās out of our hands. 6. Within one hour of delivery unboxing video must be recorded prior to opening in order to honor any missing plant/dead plant claims. 7. Full refund requests require returning order (shipping at buyers responsibility). 9. Cancellations have a 25% fee. Absolutely no exceptions. 10. Should you have any questions, comments or concerns please feel free to reach out directly. FASTER SHIPPING IS ALWAYS BEST āļø/āļø: Insulation is recommended for temperatures below 50 or above 90. š„: Heat packs highly recommended for temps below 40. š§: Cold packs are generally recommended for temps above 90. š±: Tissue cultures are highly sensitive and are a budget option to larger plants. During shipping there may be browning, mold or contamination since the bags are not leak proof and may be exposed to air. This goes for almost all tissue cultures sold in bags. Acclimation requires a little bit of research and everyone has their own method that works for them. ā ļø No guarantee for variegation on corms, TCs or future variegation on plants. ā ļø No guarantee for low quality, rehab, mystery, fresh cuts, fresh imports or highly variegated plants. By purchasing you are agreeing and accepting risks involved. Buyers protection is not covered for the before mentioned. LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE: š± No live arrival guarantee without next day air shipping. We take no responsibility for shipping damage or stress or failure to acclimate your plants properly. My job is to get your plants to you alive. Any damage or loss after receiving is up to you. A purchase is an agreement to this contract. š± A plant or TC is considered alive if its rhizome/growth point remains viable on arrival. š± The following are NOT considered Dead on Arrival (DOA): ⢠yellowing leaves ⢠drooped leaves ⢠cosmetic damage ⢠shipping stress ⢠minor root loss ⢠loss of variegation due to stress ⢠plants entering dormancy ⢠acclimation related decline š A plant will be considered DOA if the rhizome is completely compromised, with the entire rhizome/growth point being soft, mushy, and/or non-viable upon arrival. ā ļø Fresh imports commonly lose leaves while adjusting to new environment. In many cases, the plants energy is redirecting to preserve the rhizome and new growth. This is a normal part of the acclimation process and should be expected. All sales are final. Please bid responsibly and thank you for growing with me! š±
