Most of the lower leaves were broken during shipping it could have been packaged better but I think the shippers are just rough and it could just be the delivery company that screwed up. It will take some time to recover the plant but otherwise excellent seller and I would just advise to protect those leaves from the delivery companies they are really rough with packages. But I recommend this seller they are great! Love the jewel orchid even though it looks silly now missing all its lower leaf
