It is a bummer that it was not packed well. Since it was a prize during one of their random prize shows, I could have deferred to a safer option. That said, if a delicate plant is offered, I think it is fair to expect it to be packaged accordingly. It was wrapped pretty haphazardly and arrived damaged. I reached out and received an empathetic response, but it leaned mostly on the thought that “it will grow back.”
