Packaged well, especially for the heat. Will buy again!

Sadly my order arrived late. Meanwhile I’d asked the seller for care instructions, as this was my first Palmstreet purchase and the one I most looked forward to. The Venus fly trap arrived rather beaten up. I followed every instruction they gave, yet it never survived. When I raised this, they pointed to their policy requiring immediate notification of issues, despite their own advice to “give the plant 1-2 weeks to adjust, with new central growth the best sign it is settling in.”
