*All sales are final. 📦Shipping days are Mon-Wed with a 1-2 week turnaround. *Shipping fee is for average size dry goods, plants and shrimp. *We will combine orders upon request via messages. 📦We will ship to a hub. ❄️All weather protection, shipping upgrades, or special requests MUST BE purchased/confirmed by us no later than Sunday 12pm CST of the week the order is purchased. 📦A shipping upgrade is required for betta fish purchases. 📦Oversized plants and dry goods will say “oversized” in the listing and require an oversize shipping upgrade that includes things like a larger box, heavier items and/or more packing material. *We will require a $5 non-refundable hold fee per week per item on holds. *In the event that we do agree to cancel an order there will be a 15% restocking fee. Communication is key! If you have any issues please let us know. 📦We offer a live arrival guarantee on OVERNIGHT SHIPPING ONLY AND with weather protection (insulation for box size AND heat/cold pack added if the weather is below 50 degrees or above 85 degrees). ❄️Weather protection can be purchased in the shop and is STRONGLY recommended for temperatures below 50 or above 85. 📦We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to carrier or weather issues. 📦Cosmetic damage can occur during shipping. *If your animal and/or plant arrive dead we require notification within 2 hours of timestamped delivery and a unboxing video or 3 clear pictures of entire order and the bags unopened if it is fish/shrimp. If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
