Salvinia Minima, also known as water spangles, is a tiny free-floating fern ideal for aquariums and ponds. This fast-growing plant thrives on the water surface, forming dense mats with its roundish, hairy leaves. While beautiful, Salvinia Minima can become invasive in some environments. In aquariums, it effectively acts as a living filter by absorbing excess nutrients and providing shade for fish. Easy to care for, it flourishes in moderate to high lighting and tolerates a range of water parameters.
