Orders ship from Monday to Wednesday. Orders placed from Wednesday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday through Wednesday. This schedule is designed to prevent packages from being in transit over the weekend, which could compromise the health of the live animals and plants.

*Please remember, fish are living, breathing, and constantly adapting and growing. Hence, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the exact fish pictured in the listing photograph; however, you will receive fish of the same species and high-quality.

We do insulate, provide coldhot pack, silver insulated pack andor foam lining DEPENDING on weather.

DOA Policy:

While DOA's are VERY uncommon for us, we do try to give an extra 1-2 fish FOR FREE in case it does happen. The DOA Policy only applies to the actual amount of fish purchased. It does not cover the (+1 or +2) that is included in case of a DOA. Example: If you purchase a 10 Pack, you will receive 11-12 fish. If 1-2 are DOA, we do not cover them because you will still have the amount of fish purchased (10), minus the free DOA's. If 3+ are DOA, we will cover the amount to make you whole - NOT the extra (+1 or +2). We do require you to contact us within 12 hours FROM the time the package was delivered. We will look at your time of delivery from your tracking number to verify this. Please take THREE clear pictures of the animals showing the loss IN THE SEALED BAG. We then require ONE clear picture of ALL THE FISH that were in the bag in a FLAT CONTAINER where we can count and verify the total number of fish and the DOAs together. Make sure we can easily count the total number (take a few pictures if you need to). We then need ONE clear picture of all DOA fish on a napkinpaper towel so we can EASILY count and verify the amount. As stated above, we need the MINIMUM of five pictures in order for us to apply the DOA Policy. Without completing these requirements, we will not refund or replace dead animals. Complete compliance is required.
