Orders ship from Monday to Wednesday. Orders placed from Wednesday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday through Wednesday. This schedule is designed to prevent packages from being in transit over the weekend, which could compromise the health of the live animals and plants. We do insulate, provide coldhot pack, silver insulated pack andor foam lining DEPENDING on weather.

*Please remember, plants are living, breathing, and constantly adapting and growing. Hence, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the exact plant pictured in the listing photograph; however, you will receive a plant of the same species and high-quality.

DOA Policy: While DOA's are VERY uncommon for us, they can happen from time to time. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our facility, numerous things can happen while in transit to you. We do require you to contact us within 12 hours FROM the time the package was delivered. We will look at your time of delivery from your tracking number to verify this. Please take THREE clear pictures of the plants showing the loss IN THE SEALED BAG. Then we require ONE clear picture of ALL THE PLANTS that were in the bag on a FLAT SURFACE. We need to be able to CLEARLY see, count, and verify the total number of DOA plants (take a few pictures if you need to). As stated above, we need the MINIMUM of FOUR pictures in order for us to apply the DOA Policy. DO NOT THROW AWAY any plants until we have reviewed your photos and given you the go ahead to do so, as we may need more specific pictures of higher end plants to confirm they're indeed DOA. The DOA Policy only applies to the actual plants purchased. Without completing these requirements we will not refund or replace dead plants. Complete compliance is required!
