My box was lost by UPS. Completely not her fault, but the seller went above and beyond to make up for it. I’ve ordered from her countless times before so I already knew her customer service is amazing, but she sent me a new box, and I was absolutely speechless. I’m so, so grateful. I recommend HSP to everyone not just for the beautiful plants but the best customer service on Palmstreet.
