I reached out to the seller and you wouldn't believe the condescending messages that were sent back to me after I showed them it was broken. They became very defensive. I let them know that the piece of Branch they sent me was broken. They said well you knew it was broken, why did you buy it. I sent them a pictures, and the video pic.. it wasn't broken in the video. River said cut it with a hand saw. Just harassing me. I have never dealt with before. I'm Scared. I'm shaking.
