I want to start off by saying, this company definitely knows how show their clients their appreciation!! I havent gotten to open my package yet but its a Tc, heat pack was still warm its fine, but a situation beyond her control, but even if the plants was dead I'd still give hern5 stars! Her communication has beyond incredible which really meant the world to me especially buying things on the internet, you never know!! Im sure I'll love my plant, and cant wait to buy more from her!!
