Everything came quick like 2 days without me paying for extra shipping. All plants were perfect except my Alocasia Mickey Mouse leaves were curled and crumbly but that's okay as there was a new leaf already growing

All the plants were well packaged and protected. Heat pack was still nice and warm when it arrived.

Shipping was fantastic, very fast and they did an excellent job packing them up safe and sound. Shipped from CA to MI in a day and delivered same day, with the weather being dumb here in MI I’m so thankful for that turnaround even with the extra insulation.
