I received my Dracenia in beautiful condition and great packaging! Even with the cold weather she was safe and sound and very happy when she arrived and I was even more thrilled when the seller told me there was a plant packing video on her YouTube channel! 😍 great customer service and communication and it was so fun to be able to pop over to YT and hear her talk about the plant and watch her pack!
