Unfortunate encounter that would discourage using this app again had I not had positive experiences with honest and genuine sellers prior. Seller began overly friendly and communicative, but transitioned quickly to very unprofessional after the order was received damaged due to inadequate packing and protection of the plants. Seller took no accountability- screenshot of the fairwell message she sent. The ultimate resolution she offered was “kicking rocks” and immature insults. Buyer beware.
