The package was packed improperly and the plant died. As the heat pack was placed in top the plant. I contacted them. They responded immediately and Rolland pack the next package and made it right by replacing the plant. Thank you

I spent extra for insulation and heat pack,but plants still arived damaged. I've since ordered from 2 others and they have way better packaging. Better insulation and more care taken with the plant.
