The seller was incredibly sweet, professional, and amazing with communication. They checked my weather before shipping, discussed packaging, and sent updated photos before packing her up. I felt informed and reassured the entire time, and they were quick to respond to any questions. The plant arrived beautiful overall, with minor cosmetic moisture damage, which I understand can happen with shipping. My only suggestion would be small ventilation holes for airflow. I’m very happy my full review ⬇️
