I have left 5 star reviews in the past. Today I'm leaving a honest review of my latest order. My package, unfortunately was mis-routed. That is NOT Orange Lake's fault. Upon arrival most of the TC I ordered looked fantastic. There were a couple that did not. I let them know by providing pics that I had a couple of TC that had mold and contamination. One had squishy roots. I was told rhey looked fine. They were clearly contaminated. I was issued a partial refund. I felt they didn't believe me.
