Products I purchased were determined to be counterfeit by a third-party authentication service, which I paid for out of pocket. After I provided the documentation, the seller accepted a return and issued a refund. I appreciate the refund, but my experience was disappointing. As a reseller who takes pride in sourcing authentic products, I believe authenticity and transparency are essential for maintaining trust in the community.
