I ordered from Ethan twice his plants are attracting for the price, but hope he packs well, both shipments I got from him came with damaged boxes, my most recent order I was hoping everything was going to be different, plants came bone dry packed with painters tape, dirt all over the box and leaking out the packaging, this was both times I’ve ordered and when I asked him what we can do to make it right he claims once the plant is out of his care it’s not his responsibility when its the packing.
