USPS delayed delivery of my plant but the seller was super responsive and wanted to help resolve the issue with me if there were any negative impacts on the plant. Thankfully the plant arrived in great condition 5 days post expected delivery and I think thats all due to how carefully packaged it was!! So thankful to this seller :)

Absolutely beautiful! Packed so well & arrived perfectly even after USPS held the package over the weekend. Melissa was fantastic & even messaged me about my order since she was keeping an eye on the tracking. I couldn't be happier 💚
