I got 2 plants from auction, and it somehow charged me twice for shipping and she was more than happy to fix that for me! Shipping was quick, the packaging was ADORABLE and was packaged great. The plants came in perfect and happy. Definitely will buy again! I got a stingray aurea (bucket list plant!) and a low color nobilis.
