Thrips. Lives are super fun. Lots of great games. They always say don’t worry about your order they’ll take care of you and just give them 2 days to respond to messages. My order came in packaged really well. But had thrips. They don’t respond for days. I sent them pictures of the thrips and they denied it being thrips then tried to tell me it was a beneficial bug. My plants have thrips damage and I’m trying to get rid of them now. I wish they would’ve just helped me and made things right :/

I wanted to give more stars, but one of my plants arrived broken. Not typically an issue. I reached out, heard nothing. Reached out in a live & was acknowledged, still nothing. Finally reached out again today and was refunded for the broken plant. I wasn't asking for a refund, just some acknowledgement would have been worth it. Not a fan that I felt like I had to hound them down for a response.
