I can tell that Brad cares both about the plants he sells and the client alike because he asked about shipping when it was safer for the plant while still making sure that I was comfortable with that. The packaging was immaculate making sure my anthurium arrived safely. He even included a gift! (Cosmetic marks are normal due to shipping, not seller)
