The poor baby looks like it's in a bit of a shock due to the rough handling of the postal worker, not due to the packaging and care of the seller! The box was labeled as having a live plant and which end should be up, but it (like all my other packages) just got tossed in the bin. Thankfully I was home to rescue the poor baby right away. It's currently relaxing and getting used to my house before the struggle of finding its perfect spot begins. 100% recommend!
