Everything seemed to arrive in good shape, my aloe unfortunately had one of his beautiful star tips broken, the box was banged up not very thick. I did purchase insulation, it didn't cover all 4 sides of the inside of the box which basically defeats the purpose when traveling to cold states. Everything was pretty cold but doesn't appear to have damage, I think the packing peanuts helped cushion plants as well so that was a great idea. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
