Unfortunately, my purchase arrived destroyed, probably by the shipping company and its poor care of boxes clearly labeled “live plants.” However, the seller responded very quickly with instructions on how to salvage what I had left (how to redo the terrarium, what plants were there and how to reroot them) and provided a refund. Although I’m very disappointed in the initial outcome, I am very pleased with the seller’s response and attempt to rectify the situation. Thank you!
