Overall bad experience… I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this is the only time I felt I wasn’t heard and was ignored for voicing my concerns as a customer… I was asked to purchase a heat pack for my Maharni Albo Corm during the live and I did. I’ve never heard of Not a guaranteed purchase from any seller on Palmstreet during a live and I buy here A LOT. She would leave me on seen and I would have to send a message to feel heard. It’s been 5 days and no response. I’m just so bummed ☹️☹️☹️

Plant came dead with severe cold damage was not informed his heat packs stop working once below 30 degrees would have been nice to know
