Genuinely amazing! His communication is awesome, he is so friendly, and he stands behind what he sells! Plants arrive very healthy, and the spider supplies are awesome!

All of them arrived DOA... I live in Florida and outside temps on the day I received them were low to high 60s and the package was placed in a safe indoor location for me to retrieve. I tried to reach out on Palmstreet immedietely, since I also received the wrong isopods, and have yet to get a message back. I'm thinking I'm probably being ghosted at this point, especially since I tried reaching out on Instagram yesterday still haven't gotten a reply.
