Customer service when there’s an issue is nonexistent. Though the plants in this order were great the previous weeks order had issues and my messages have been ignored. Looking at reviews I see this is not uncommon. It’s a bummer because I had several plants from her be good. I have a positive review on the fresh imports and thought they’d be fine if I rerooted. Not the case. Lesson learned.
