I was pleasant surprised at how amazing this seller was. I bought a small Alocasia pup and then realized her live was ending shortly after. I did not buy cold weather protection at that time. The seller contacted me, was able to make arrangements and even held it for an extra week. She went above and beyond, and I’m so thankful for her kindness! The plant came happy and healthy!
