Seller was nice and shipping was fast. But unfortunately, my plant arrived in a poor condition with dry and brown roots. Shipped by UPS 2nd day air. The seller kept saying that the leaves and roots will grow back, and that I still received a deal!

Shipped quickly and the plant arrived in the same condition as pictured. Communication was great and I received photos of the plant prior to being shipped. Super happy with my dragon scale!
