I’m lucky my animals came in safe and alive because the shipping was horrible. They came in a reused box (not actually allowed for shipping animals). The scorpion-tailed gecko had no air holes in his cup. The skink was in a snake bag even though it’s a baby and easily could have fit in a cup. There was no padding or anything holding the skink in place in the snake bag so nothing to stop it from being jostled around during shipping. The animals are great but I’m disappointed in this company

Purchased off a live auction. Upon getting box there was a miscounted qty of item- seller was prompt to respond to messages & corrected the mistake right away. Would purchase from again & was great to work with overall!
