$4k spent with this seller aside from the extreme lack of communication, nearly a third of my order was missing initially. More than half of the plants that arrived had severe root rot, & the remainder of the shipment had similar issues requiring immediate rehab. I took 25+ videos of the full unboxing and root inspections. After 2 free plants sent by mistake, 4 more were sent later plus a random pair of pants? Buyer beware & prepared for issues.
