These guys rock, and we will be back many times! After receiving the plant, I reached out to the seller to let them know about a little rot on the roots, in case they wanted to adjust shipping practices. Totally expected, totally within reason. They responded quickly, and they responded by replacing the entire plant. We were blown away! The new one was pristine, and they adjusted how they shipped it.
