I received a alocasia balloon heart pink tc. It was shipped in warm weather. And kept in my indoor greenhouse. As I pull the tc out of the bag all the root stayed in the bag. I informed the seller. They proceeded to say that it's cold weather's fault and my fault for not storing right wouldn't recommend this seller.
