I would have given 5 stars, but my order arrived five days late despite paying for 3-day shipping. One plant came damaged and the box wasn’t labeled “fragile.” They did refund half for the Alocasia, but it’s smaller than the photo suggested. The other plant was in good condition and everything was packaged well, just disappointing overall, especially since it was meant as my birthday gift and didnt arrive on time.
