I purchased a gift for a friend and this is what they recieved. I know leaf damage can happen during travel but most leaves have now dropped. I messaged seller to see what they thought and immediately I was answered with “no refunds or exchanges” but if your friend ships it back we can TRY to see if we find another. I never asked for a refund. Just hoping for some accountability. Terrible customer service frankly. Definitely wont purchase from again.
