Loosing leaves during shipping is inevitable but there was 2 leaves that snapped off and 1 that broke in half. I think it could have been wrapped in cardboard with stuffing instead of putting it in the box with just the stuffing. Other than that everything was perfect, seller was very nice and shipped very very quick.🪴💗
